Product quality and guarantee
The supplier undertakes the responsibility to supply goods of proper quality, supplied with warranty coupons and certificates of conformity. Product quality meets all global standards and technical regulations (RohS, FC, EAC, CE).
Warranty obligations and periods specified in warranty coupons are fulfilled with proper storage, warehousing and operation of the goods.
The Supplier is not responsible for the goods or their elements damaged as a result of negligence on the part of the Buyer or violation of the operating conditions.
The supplier guarantees full technical support for the entire warranty period.
Delivery
ACV products are delivered all over the world. General cargo can be shipped by leading international carriers (Maersk, CMA, NSE, China Shipping) or groupage cargo (DHL, Pony Express, EMS)
Certificates
The conclusion of a cooperation agreement is preceded by an agreement on the assortment, quantity and price of products, as well as delivery terms.
